We are looking for an HR professional with an international background and experience in the IT/Internet Industry.
You will be responsible for the entire selection process lifecycle (Identification, selection, personal interviews, negotiation, etc), having direct relationship with clients and constant contact with candidates.
Additionally you will be part of all marketing activities to participate in (Roundtable, Blog, Articles, Events, etc).
We are looking for passionate people with a strong sense of entrepreneurship that want to make something different and being a strong contributor in a growing project.
We need someone that:
– Is willing to learn, work hard under time constraints and shifting targets, and constantly exceed expectations
– Has a minimum 2 years’ experience in recruiting
– Knowledge of the IT industry
– Fluent in Spanish and English, good knowledge of Italian/French is a huge plus
– Has a strong sense of responsibility and ownership, used to work as a team player
– An entrepreneurial mindset willing to start new projects and open to new ideas
