What companies ask us before starting

How long does an executive search process take?

It depends on the profile and the market, but in most cases we present the first qualified candidates in 3-4 weeks. The full process, through to hire, typically closes in 6-10 weeks. Working the profile well from the start — including value proposition and salary range — is what reduces timelines the most.

What sets HUMANN apart from a temp agency or generalist recruitment firm?

We specialise in executive and senior management profiles in digital and business environments. We don’t do mass recruitment or junior profiles. We also work as an extension of your team — we know your business before going to market and we represent your company to candidates.

How does the process work if we don't have an HR department?

This is one of the most common cases we work with. We handle everything: profile definition, employer branding, search, interviews, negotiation and onboarding. You make the final decisions — we manage the process.

Do you work only in Madrid or across all of Spain?

We are based in Madrid but operate across Spain and in international markets. We work in three languages and have a network across Europe, which allows us to find talent outside Spain when the profile requires it. T

What happens if the candidate doesn't work out after joining?

We offer a guarantee period. If the candidate doesn’t pass probation for reasons related to profile fit, we reopen the search at no additional cost. The specific details are agreed in the proposal.
