A boutique firm built to solve your problem.
We don’t try to do everything. Since 2013, HUMANN has been dedicated to one thing: identifying the professionals who will make a difference for companies that are serious about who they hire. We are an executive search firm specialized in tech and digital profiles, based in Madrid and with an international presence through the CSA network. We work with start-ups, scale-ups, medium-sized companies and international groups that need to recruit executive and digital talent with rigor, and who value trust as much as results.
OUR HISTORY
Founded in 2013 with a clear conviction
HUMANN was born in 2013 with a question that was not well answered in the market: why is it so hard to find a headhunter who really knows your industry, understands your business and is committed to the outcome? The big firms had network and brand. The small firms had proximity but not specialization. No one combined the two with an exclusive focus on the tech and digital ecosystem in Spain.
We decided to build this model. A boutique firm with a rigorous methodology, real sector specialization and an international network that would allow us to operate beyond Spain when the process required it. Since then we have accompanied companies such as TeamSystem, Manhattan Associates, Mastercard, Euronext, BFF Banking Group, Avis Budget Group, Qualtrics and Workiva in their most critical selection processes, and dozens of startups in the Spanish and Italian digital ecosystem in their moments of greatest growth.
More than a decade later, we are still doing the same thing. With more network, more experience and more clarity on what works and what does not.

That takes time, market knowledge and a network of trust that is not built in a month. HUMANN has been building it for more than 15 years.

HUMANN is part of Continental Search Alliance (CSA)an international network of executive search firms specializing in technology and digital transformation. It is not a shared database or a directory of contacts. They are independent firms, led by their founders, with real candidate networks and in-depth knowledge of each local market. When a process requires European talent or to accompany an international company building its team in Spain, we activate the CSA network, the same level of rigor and specialization in each country.

Head of the Spain and Latam office. Nicoletta is Italian by birth and Spanish by adoption, with over 20 years of professional experience across different sectors and countries: finance, consulting and HR in Italy, the United States and Spain. After working at an international Executive Search firm, she decided to found HUMANN, where for the last 15 years she has helped the companies that have trusted her to grow in Spain. She is founder of several startups, some successful and others full of learnings… 😉 (Serena Psicología and Coacher). She also collaborates as a Mentor/Coach with ESADE. She is trilingual: Spanish, English and Italian.
